A walk in the park ...!
Good afternoon one and all. Welcome to the second match of the UISP T20 Tournament, LuxRoma vs Rome Bangla. It's a quite sunny day and good warm weather. Let's see how things go ... My first thoughts after seeing the ground for the first time. OMG ...!!! Where are we? It remembers me something of our chilhood days when we used toplay cricket in Paddy fields. This is absolutely not at all good ground to play good cricket.

So coming to the match, Rome Bangla winning the toss and opt to bat first. It was all a veil after all. Rome Bangla's top order was a veil after all, camouflaging the fragility of the middle order, form the top to the bottom all the batsmen are heading to the pavillon in a span of no time. The credit goes to the LuxRoma bowlers and especially Mohamadali Shaik after a long gap came toplay cricket and took 5 wickets in quick sessions and ripped the Rome Bangla's batsmen. In just a short time Rome Bangla all out for a paltry score of 67.

They just managed to put up a target of 68 in 20 overs. So here comes the second innings. If the things were dodgy for LuxRoma at the time of break, openers start off with a good partnershipand suddenly batsmen fumbles and wickets keep falling down. Middle order stood tall to make sure that no further surprises were dealt out.
But it was the first innings where Rome Bangla would rue their missed chance, all the wickets crumbling for 67 runs. The bowlers did manage to stretch it a bit with some tight lines, but eventually there was one way this game was headed.
And that's how the day goes, with a comprehensive victory over Rome Bangla in the end LuxRoma stood still with head high.

Una scampagnata nel parco ...!
Buon pomeriggio a tutti. Benvenuti al secondo match del torneo UISP T20 di cricket tra LuxRoma e Roma Bangla. E' una giornata abbastanza soleggiata e calda. Vedremo come andrà a finire l'incontro ...
I primi pensieri di fronte al campo ricordano i giorni da bambini quando giocavamo a cricket nei parchi: non un buon campo per giocare un ottimo cricket.
Eccoci al match, Roma Bangla vincendo il toss sceglie di battere per prima. Gli opening batsmen sono riusciti a nascondere parzialmente la fragilità del middle order. Merito soprattutto al lanciatori della LuxRoma, in particoalre Mohamadali Shaik che dopo una lunga assenza torna e prende 5 wicket in rapida successione. In breve tempo Roma Bangla è all out per 67 runs.

Il target per la LuxRoma è di 68 runs in 20 overs. Bentornati al secondo innings, la LuxRoma apre con una buona partnership, ma improvvisamente i wicket iniziano a cadere uno dopo l'altro. I middle order sono riusciti a rimanere dentro assicurandosi che nessuna altra sorpresa venisse fuori, permettendo alla LuxRoma di vincere per 2 wicket.
